Curtains

Straight lines in curtains is the new age feel, the portrait cleanliness and precision. Solid fabrics like micro suede, satin, or silk. The curtains should match the walls, not contract to much. For contemporary look, traditional rods and valances look out of place. There are cable systems that can modernize the look of your curtains to hide the opening and closing behind a minimalistic rod.

Molding

For a simplistic look, molding around the frame of the window. Choose a texture that coincides with your walls and furniture, wood molding can clash with dark veneer furniture.

Shades
