Custom Glass Table Tops
Glass tabletops add an air of elegance and luxury to homes and commercial office buildings, no question, but they can be spendy. With the right care and maintenance routines, you can extend the life of a custom glass tabletop for years to come, and Complete Glass Utah will help you create one.
Complete Glass Utah can create beautiful, custom glass table tops that will fit the needs of our clients no matter what its intended purpose. There are many great options for keeping your glass tabletop looking like new without the dreaded ‘streak’ effect we so often see on glass fixtures.
If you can give us the measurements of an old piece of furniture that you would like to refinish but do not want to deal with all the paint, sanding, and staining – we can replace it and make it look like a whole new piece with a custom glass fitting. Examples of furniture that can be refinished are pieces that may have been left outside and weathered from the cold or heat, worn table tops, dinner tables or coffee tables, nightstands or even T.V. stands, we do it all.
Not only can we bring a new and unique flair to your dated furniture, but we will also share with you some tips and tricks on how to take proper care of it. By following some easy guidelines, you can keep your glass beautiful and shining for years and years to come.
Tips for Ensuring a Long Life:
- Be careful of what you are placing on the glass surface. Things that can scratch, or are too heavy for the glass to sustain, should be avoided.
- Rough or sharp bases can dull and ding the glass tabletop over time, try to soften the bases of items you are placing on the glass with a soft cloth or some kind of barrier between the item and the glass.
- Coasters! We love them and so should you. Those ugly rings are terrible and can find permanency in the glass over time.
